Urban Youth and ex-offenders are capable of making great contributions to society; however, because of socioeconomic plight, a lack of access to educational pursuit and the insurmountable obstacle of branding them with permanent labels-felon, a former felon, convict, ex-con, ex-offender have been systematically structured to keep them out of social opportunities for quality of life.
